Microblading uses a thin blade to create hair-like strokes, ideal for a very natural effect and for filling in gaps. Microshading uses dots to create a powdery shading, similar to pencil makeup. The sensation is comparable to light scratches. To ensure your comfort, our experts at Pana Beauty apply a topical anesthetic cream before and during the procedure. Most of our clients find the sensation completely bearable.
The complete session (consultation, drawing, pigmentation) lasts approximately 2 hours at Pana Beauty. The initial healing (small scabs, dark color) takes 7 to 14 days. The final, stabilized result is visible after approximately 4 weeks, and a fixative touch-up is often necessary 4 to 6 weeks after the first session.
During your in-depth consultation at Pana Beauty, our expert will analyze your facial shape, natural hairline, and hair color. She will then draw the ideal shape with a pencil for your approval and work with you to select the pigment shade(s) closest to your natural color for an undetectable result.
Microblading is semi-permanent. The result fades gradually and generally lasts between 1 and 2 years, depending on your skin type (oily skin retains pigment less well), your sun exposure and your routine. annual touch-ups are recommended to maintain the sharpness of the lines and the intensity.
